BrandWell users can archive inactive projects. This reduces project usage, creating space for new projects.

 

⚠️🤖⚠️ Archiving a project cannot be undone. Archiving the project will result in the permanent loss of access to posts, topic reports, keyword research or clusters, content briefs, optimization audits, and any other components associated with the project.⚠️🤖⚠️

Here's how to archive a project:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to the "RankWell" section on the left side.

  3. Select the specific project you wish to archive.

  4. Go to the Project Settings (the gear icon on the upper right corner of the dashboard). 

  5. Click General.

  6. Scroll down and locate the Archive button at the bottom of the menu.

 

You'll get this message: 

Archiving unused projects frees up space for new ones. For additional projects, you can purchase a project for only $100/month each.
