To utilize this tool, it is necessary to generate a report from keywords first. This report will provide you with insights into the content you'll create, leveraging competitor headers to potentially surpass your competitors in rankings.

Getting Started

Created from a Topic Report, customizable to your heading preferences. Save or use for instant post creation. The key enhancement is the new in-app "Customize" feature, enabling users to effortlessly add or remove headers, ranging from H2 to H5.

[object Object] To create a new Content Brief, open your project and click the dropdown button next to Content Overview. From the menu, select Content Brief.

 
[object Object] You can also access it by clicking "Topic Reports" in the left-side navigation menu.

[object Object] Enter your target keyword and click Create Report. Once the Report is Ready, you'll see the " Create Content Brief" option. Click on it.
 
 
[object Object] You'll notice two columns: on the left, you can customize your brief according to your research needs. On the right-hand side, you'll find the top 50 ranking competitors based on the keyword.
 

 

In the picture, you can see how I added these headers from the right side and adjusted them from H2 to H5.

​ Please keep in mind: Our AI doesn't simply copy content; instead, it conducts its own research to create fresh, SEO-optimized content.

At times, our AI might include predefined headers there, but you have the freedom to remove them and insert your own. Even better, you can create your own header by clicking the "+" icon in the left column.

Also, you can save your current work by clicking the "Save" button in the left column you're working on. To view existing Content Briefs, simply click on Content Intelligence > Content Brief or if you're comfortable with it, feel free to click on 'Write a Post' to begin crafting the content.

[object Object] You can also generate your own outline/headings by clicking the + sign button located beneath the Headings section. Here, you have the freedom to personalize your headings and direct the AI on which topics to cover.
 
 
[object Object] Once you have finished finalizing the headers, you can click the "Write a Post Now" button, and BrandWell will generate content for you based on the headers you have entered.​
 

 

Additionally, you can specify the keywords and entities you wish to include in your content based on your research. You have the flexibility to both remove and add keyword entities before generating the content.

Is a Content Brief available in my current plan?

Content Briefs are available for all users who have a BrandWell plan. If you do not have a BrandWell plan, you can upgrade from your billing menu.
