What Happens if My Credit Card Fails?
We process payments through Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to charge the card again the same day.
You will receive an email notification if the payment fails.
Can I Update my Credit Card Information?
Yes. If needed, you can update your payment details on your billing page.
Navigate to the billing page and click the "Edit Card Details" link.

How Do I Cancel?

What Happens After I Cancel?
After cancelling, your account will be active until the date of the end of your last bill cycle. To find this date, navigate to your billing page. If you have initiated a cancellation, you will see messaging on your billing page similar to: "Account is set to cancel on [date]".
Do I Still Have Access to BrandWell After I Cancel my Subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your then-current billing cycle. After that date, your projects and data will no longer be accessible, and all unused post credits, user credits, word credits, optimization audits, keyword research credits, member-only community access, event access, and other perks will be lost.
What is BrandWell's Refund Policy?
We do not offer a money-back guarantee.
But since you're in content marketing, you may find the guarantee that we do have even more useful: if after two rewrites and only slight human editing you still don't like the post, we will give you back the post credit.
Can I Pause My Account?
Similar to most other SaaS platforms, BrandWell does not have the option to pause subscriptions. Also similar to other SaaS subscriptions, billing continues as per your plan's regular cycle, even if you are not actively using the service.
Do Credits Roll Over?
Monthly credits included in your subscription plan are valid only for the month of purchase and do not carry over to subsequent months. Additional one-off credits roll over for up to six months.
