If you need to cancel your TrafficID subscription, follow these simple steps:  
 
1. Log in to Your Account: Begin by logging into your TrafficID account using your credentials.  
 
2. Navigate to the Leads Section: On the left side of the page, locate the main tool menu and select " Leads."
 
                
 
3. Choose the Project: Click on the specific project you wish to cancel.  
 
4. Access Settings: Click the gear cog icon to open the " Settings" menu.  
 
                
 
 
5. Select Billing: Within the Settings menu, select " Billing" from the available options. 
 
6. Complete the Cancellation: A pop-up window will appear. Look for the cancellation link at the bottom right corner and click it to proceed with canceling your subscription.  
                
 
Once you’ve completed these steps, your TrafficID subscription will be canceled.
 
The cancellation will take effect before your next billing period.
